I have used the Informed Repricer for my Amazon business for almost 8 years and have been impressed on every level. The software itself is fast and thorough — repricing is quick and comprehensive across my whole catalog. I appreciate how often they roll out real improvements to the app. One of the things I've found is better than other repricers I've tried is its flexibility: you can set custom repricing rules for different products, or use one rule for everything. You’re in full control of how and when items reprice, and you can change strategies that YOU preset with a click. Now for my personally favorite thing about them, their customer service is outstanding! When I’ve reached out, they respond super quickly and actually stay with me until my question is fully resolved. You never feel rushed or dismissed. Did a lot of research about repricers. I tried few and this one is the best. We have been using it for 2 years now and it was a great move. We saw an increase in sales. I especially like the AI repricing.
