Seems very antiquated
Our utility just switched to this program for their asset management. In my opinion and experience, every process I have dealt with in this program has at least doubled or tripled the time to do the work. It does not work well with iPad. It feels like we were set back many years in productivity. Its like excel on steroids with numerous layers. Performing searches are difficult same box on different tabs require special characters before and after the search, and other same tabs don't. The program gets in the way. It costs too much to make small changes that could possibly help. Time keeping in this program is terribly cumbersome and very time consuming.
