Wow, what a disappointment!! Too much to list but here’s some of it • No Hardcore Mode (Tier 1 List) until 3 weeks after launch • No ability to play campaign mode for the first week (for me) or best case playing it without progress saved • Lobbies super laggy and sometimes takes ages to find a game (my download speed is 500mb/sec on average so that’s definitely not the problem) • No stats tracker whatsoever so can’t track KD, wins or anything else (what’s the point then??) Would get a refund if I could and doubt I’ll buy cod again in the future. They’ve either released something that isn’t finished or removed some of the core of the game

Why was the game released if it's not finished? Bugs, banning for no reason, and the part that gets me the most no HARDCORE (tier1). It's like playing the beta all over again. I regret buying this garbage for two different platforms before the launch. These are terrible business practices! Take people's money and deliver the final product at your own convenience. Shame on you!

Why is no one talking about the wrongful banning of accounts? I just lost my 11-year-old account for data manipulation...SMH. I played the MW2 campaign for 3 hours after preloading the game. The next morning I'm greeted with a permanent account ban. It's impossible to get any customer service help which is ridiculous for a company of this size not to have a contact line for issues like this that involve account with large amounts of money involved. 11 years gone with a noreply email. BS

Completely destroys the game with its noob friendliness, if such CODs had existed earlier, this studio would have gone under long ago. The chief developer of the multiplayer probably never really learned how to play COD and has now designed the game for his way of playing.

I have played COD since PlayStation 1 and the original Xbox. Recently I’ve spent $180 on the past three games for absolute trash and nothing to offer. Absolute waste of money, to constantly be hacked on, not be able to play games with certain friends (even after We did every suggested measure). Constant rendering issues, constant glitches, terrible skill based matchmaking. You could be a 1.0kd player and be put in lobbies with .2kd’s and have 5.8kd players playing against you. Theirs no structure to your coding mechanics. The maps in vanguard look scrambled and thrown together sort of like “that tree looks good there, oh and there there there there and there. Oh now add the same pillars a couple tanks and high points for campers to hide in!” These past three games are pitiful, and it feels like I’ve had years worth of money, time and memories all thrown in the drain. Thanks for ruining my childhood and bank account. Sucks I still log on because I can’t give up on you guys though. Don’t prove me and the world wrong.

Your games are bad optimized Im done with your games.

The download programming on Modern Warfare/Warzone was abysmal at best. You guys must be laughing all the way to the bank. So much for Quality Control or Pride in your Work.

They keep removing Shipment 24/7 from MW multiplayer. Why remove maps that people enjoy?
