They are VERY SLOW in getting the parts to the carrier. On the same day I placed this order from them, I also placed a parts order from the middle east. I'm getting the part from the middle east today, and the wholesale direct part still isn't in the hands of FEDEX! Wow! Just wow.

Accidentally ordered the wrong part number, did not respond to any emails or phone calls about returning the product.

Do not order from Infiniti Wholesale Direct. If you are hoping to get your parts in a reasonable time and an actual human on the phone you will be disappointed. It's been 13 days since I ordered. When they eventually come, I hope they are the correct parts because a study of other reviews reveal returns are costly and a hassle.

I called the company after the order was cancelled to try and place it directly over the phone and was told I could not. They said they would not do business with me unless I turned off my VPN and allowed them to collect my IP Address when placing my order online. In order to receive 3 gallons of coolant I must give up my data so they can sell it and make money off of it via the numerous Data Brokers out there. Look yourself up sometime and you will be amazed on what is publicly out there on just about everyone. Imagine having a person's name, mailing address, email address and not wanting to do business with them unless you also collect their true IP address. Absolutely insane. This is typical of many companies now days trying to collect and make money off of your data. Please don't fall for it, it is best to do business with someone else as I did.
