Initially, when I hired Infinit Digital, I was promised all that I asked for and some. Unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service for a year. Consequently, they let go of the person managing my project, and Lauren took over. When that happened, they finally understood my requirements, and my website was designed as I initially envisioned. Although there were still some hiccups along the way, Lauren handled them all professionally and paid close attention to my every need. She iterated until the requirements were met, and she also suggested improvements where she saw fit! This is what you expect an agency to do when you outsource the work. She leveraged her expertise and educated me along the way. As long as she is my point of contact, I will consider working with this company. Otherwise, I will look elsewhere for my digital marketing needs.
