5 stars for customer support. I originally received my NFTs on an infinite objects as a present. However the device came faulty and would not work properly, my initially impression was bad. However! Once I reached out to the support team they were amazing and most helpful. They arrange a DHL prepaid pickup all the way from Thailand to their office in USA and I received a new device back to my door within a week hassle free! Would definitely recommend to friends.
