Hi Wade, we're sorry you feel this way. As our customer service team explained, since your original purchase was well over 2 years ago it falls outside of our 1 year warranty. We are still happy to replace your unit through our refurbishment program if you would like.

Order was delivered. Instead this company decided to put another address that I did not place on my order. Therefore this company scammed me out of $104 there is no number to contact them. Buyers beware it's scam season

I've purchased 3 IO's now. After about 6 months, one screen developed green lines through the display. Customer Service was less than stellar. 6 months later, another screen goes defective, this time with burn-in. BURN IN on an infinite display doesn't sit well with me. The second return Kevin from customer support first told me my item wasn't received (I guess he didn't check the tracking number first). It was received a week earlier. When I emailed Kevin back to let him know his mistake and that a refund to the original payment would be fine, he replied immediately with "A refund is out of the question." LOL. poor products. they go broke after 6 months. even poorer customer service. don't support.

My “Infinite Object” was not so infinite. The loop I had froze at the end for about 3 frames and then disappeared. Sent it back in for them to re-render and when it was sent back, had the same exact error. Might be a picky critique but it ruins the allusion for me and this device is very expensive for what it is. Long story short, I tried with them they failed to deliver the product I expected and I will be sending back for refund. Customer service was very prompt and friendly, just not a great product.

My husband bought me a frame of a video of our children for my birthday. It turned on as expected when taken out of the box, but has since just been utterly rubbish. After an hour, it turned off. Since then, you have to unplug it and then re plug it in with the charger to get it to turn on - no idea why? It’s supposed to stay on with charge? And now it’s entirely frozen. Just a still image in a frame. Such a waste of money. And a really terrible gift that is hugely disappointing…

Was going good until I made my 5th purchase. Apparently, someone who looks like me cannot possibly make the art I make. I showed pictures of my progress and they denied me. I'm so tired of racism.

We are so sorry to hear about your disappointing experience and want you to know that we take it seriously. Upon reviewing the ticket, and as you see in the last email, the cancelation of your order was caused by human error. We'll follow up on the original thread shortly to make it right!

Stopped working after a year. Attempted to contact customer support via email several times and they didn’t get back to me. I don’t recommend.
