So i had rented a server from a different hosting company and within 4 days the server went offline due to an error and 24 hours past with nothing but AI responses from their support team. I spent the better part of a day searching for a different company to host my enshrouded server. I asked around in discord servers for some suggestions because so many companies had mixed reviews. Garrett a employee of Infectedgamehosting informed me they offer a free 2 day trial to test out their hosting service. No other company i had research had this feature. So i gave it a shot and hands down top notch customer support and willing to help with my lack of knowledge of servers. I highly recommend them for the great customer service and reasonable pricing options.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Garrett. I am currently not a client, but he is still willing to help me with questions related to my palworld server. He doesn't have to but choose to help anyways. To me that is great customer service even if I am not an official customer, but if I do become one it'll be because of him. He also gives visuals like screen shots to help show what needs to be done or what a folder should look like. 100% recommend

It's been great using there hosting service. They can help with setting up your server and so much more. Awesome customer service that has been unmatched in my opinion. They're just starting out but improving there system all the time you won't be disappointed if you give them a shot.
