I recently completed my engagement ring process with Indy Facets and could not be any happier! I discussed my thoughts, views and desires with multiple jewelers; however, I received such a custom approach and feel from Indy Facets. The entire process was quite impressive, from design through final product. Their ingenuity and capabilities are surpassed by no one. They have superior technology, including a 3D printer enabling me to see what the final product will look like through an actual item I could hold. Not only did my (now) fiance LOVE the ring, the number of compliments and high praise she has received on it has been non-stop. The care I received and the passion noted within Indy Facets makes it stand out from all others. It was such a personal touch, really made a stressful process much more enjoyable!

I had a custom set of diamond earrings made from previous 3/4Ct. princess cut diamonds. Indy Facets went above and beyond to make sure they hung correctly and they were finished before the date promised. I could not ask for more. Great job guys, cannot wait to do more business with you very soon.
