I loved the personal interaction with the designers. They presented several ideas to Come up with the perfect rings, They are a wonderful group of people. There was no pressure to just buy. They took time to actually get to know you, very attentive to every detail. They sent emails, including pictures of the jewelry being created. They gave options different ways to save money. They made Models of the rings, It was very exciting to see Where all of the magic happens. They truly showed passion in every detail of the process. It was a wonderful experience working with the team at Indy Facets. They did a beautifully spectacular set of rings.

Shaun helped to create the perfect engagement ring and wedding band for my fiancé! The unique design is truly one of a kind and she really appreciates that. Shaun was extremely easy to work with and we will continue to use Indy Facets for years to come!

I had never heard of Indy Facets until about 4 months ago. My engagement situation was a bit unique in that I wanted to custom design my own ring. I went to literally all of the big, well known jewelry stores in the Indianapolis area and with each stop, I became more and more frustrated. I felt like giving up so many times because nobody could design what I wanted in a way that made me feel comfortable. They way I look at it, if you're going to spend that much money on something so special, it better be exactly what you want. I felt like I had to settle with all the other stores. A close friend of mine recommend Indy Facets to me and I could not be more thankful. I could tell from the first phone call I made to set up my initial appointment that this was going to be different. It was confirmed the second I walked in the door. After discussing the design and image I had envisioned for my engagement ring, and shared the road blocks I had been running into, I immediately had numerous options in front of me that I was happy with. They offered me options that no other jeweler said was possible. For the first time during the whole ring shopping experience, I finally felt excited and hopeful. My ring is absolutely stunning and exactly what I envisioned. Looking back, I'm still shocked at how well everything came together and how wonderful Indy Facets was throughout the entire process. It was hands down the best jewelry experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to everyone.
