We Won't Go Anywhere Else!
After my ring was damaged by a small town jeweler, my fiancé and I were nervous to trust anyone else with my engagement ring for the repairs. However we heard wonderful things about Indy Facets, and so we looked into it. After meeting with Shaun and showing him our issue, he assured us that he could help. Our engagement pictures were in a week, so there wasn't much time to get it fixed..but he was confident he could have it ready for us by then. And he did! My ring looks brand new and flawless! We are so thankful for Shaun's expertise, flexibility, kindness.. and also his willingness to work with us and our insurance company! He comforted our nerves and made us feel right at home in the store. We can't imagine taking our jewelry elsewhere! And We're already planning on having him work on my wedding band!! Big thanks to Shaun and Indy Facets!

Indy Facets Rock!

Engagement Ring Buying Experience
The buying experience that you get with Indy Facets is unlike any other and their value can't be beat. I would refer anyone to them for your jewelry needs, they love what they do and it shows. We started with a couple pictures and ideas, I picked the perfect center stone, Shaun turned all of that into a CAD image of the ring, then a 3D printed version that I could hold in my hand and see, then the finished ring (which is perfect)!

Stunning Jewelry!!!
Awesome service, great prices, and beautiful products! Staff is helpful, honest, and will work with you to get you your desired piece of jewelry. Jessica and Shawn are great! Highly recommend them!

Pear Engagement Ring with matching band
Communication was absolutely outstanding with Jessica. She took the time to listen to my ideas in order make the perfect engagement ring and band. The ring and band was everything my fiancé and myself could ever ask for. I would highly recommend Indy Facets to anyone looking to spend the rest of their lives with the one they love.
