Horrible customer service. Stopped communication when I wanted to return light
Horrible customer service. I ordered a light that had a 12-20 day delivery window. I did not receive any communication update until I reached out for an update after 20 days had passed. They replied that delay was due to lunar new year holiday. Light arrived 40 days after ordering but at that time it was too late. I tried to reach out again to return the light and they stopped responding to any communication. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
