I bought some drishti eyes drops when I put them in My eye felt like it was burning. My husband has to run out to pharmacy and get some cleansing drops to take away the sting. It was distributed by indian goods from a company called Patanjali Ayurved. I also bought some Amrit Kalash paste which also tasted funny. I'm going to ask for my money to be refunded and/or send the products back. Very disappointed!

they took 3 weeks to despatch, then suddenly cancelled the order and refunded the amount without any explanation. worst customer service. do not deal with them.

Very disappointing experience. My order tracking shows that the parcel was “delivered,” however I never received it. I was at home on the supposed delivery day and there was no parcel and no courier note left. I contacted the company immediately to report the issue, but my concern was ignored and no proper assistance was provided. Instead of investigating the missing delivery, they simply sent me a request to leave a review. A company that does not take responsibility when a customer reports a missing parcel demonstrates very poor customer service. At this point my issue remains unresolved and I still have not received my order or a clear explanation. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
