DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY 1) advertised in AUD$ then sneakily converted to USD$ after purchase 2) admitted to having system errors and incorrect pricing 3) products NEVER arrived despite paying for priority postage and extra postal insurance 4) LIED saying products delivered AVOID AVOID AVOID

After years using incorporate.com, I am moving my services to another agent for my Delaware LLC. Today, Incorporate.com gave me misleading and incorect information about my business. When I called back to correct the information, the telephone rep was rude, told me I was wrong, interrupted then snapped at me. Take your business elsewhere.

Originally called "The Company Corporation", they helped me start a new Nevada LLC. Well and good. Their parent company, CSC overcharged me for Agent of Service fees, so I found another service to handle that. Finally, I needed to make some changes after 10 years so I foolishly called them again. All customer service personnel work from home and on two successive calls with stumbling, bumbling agents, the line dropped. I got nowhere, so their company, called incorporate.com, gets 1 star. I'm hiring a Nevada attorney with single point of contact to help me. I suggest you do the same.
