If I could rate it zero I would. Ordered a rifle cleaning mat at the beginning end of November. It has never arrived. Last update is from Jan 4th and just says with partner shipping company. Yeah right. You cannot even track packages not on their website. Looks like im out some odd bucks, or maybe I should dispute it with the bank. Nevertheless don't be scammed like me.

Includes is a complete scam. My package has been sitting in Chicago since 12/27/2024. Order month before that. They won’t refund me and insists it is transit

Ordered 3 cleaning mats (for almost $105) on 12/2/24. Received shipping updates from Spain.. then received nothing. A replacement order was shipped from China (go figure) and received it 3 weeks later on 1/24/25. And I only received one very low quality POS item rather than the 3 i ordered.

Ordered gloves from an ad on Instagram on 11/14/24. Tracking info shows shipment originated in Denmark and last update was at Lansing, Michigan on 12/12/24. Still no gloves...contacted company numerous times and at first was told they'd ship another pair, then a few that said they'd contacted their delivery partner to get the item to me. As of 01/16/25, still no gloves. As I read other reviews showing the same thing happening to other people, the only thing I can report is that this company is a MAJOR SCAM. Do not order from Includecy.

This company is a scam. First tracking was from Amsterdam. Then they gave me a different one from China. They told me it was delivered. I didn't receive my package. Do not order from this site.

Bought a pair of gloves well over a month ago now and still have yet to receive them. This company IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! I have contacted customer service only to receive a general response of apology and they ask me to be patient. The first tracking number that was provided to me showed the item was shipped out of Spain. Then the tracking number that the customer service team provided me showed it was shipped out of China. When I go to their website and select track my order, you can submit your order number and email and your order will be found but won’t provide a shipping date. You can submit your tracking number on there but when I did it said my order cannot be found. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

ANOTHER FACEBOOK AD SCAM! Ordered my mats a month ago and received constant tracking updates with parcel starting in Greece and the last update was Charleston US. That was a week ago and no response from the company.

Its a Scam!!! Ordered gloves beginning of november and still have not received
