Too bad there is not a zero star, they don't deserve one star. Mine is the same story, my package is showing it is in Augusta, GA since 4/26. I asked why and they blamed it on tariffs, I guess the scammers have a new covid excuse to use. Augusta is not a port city and it passed customs a few weeks ago. Note they will not respond.

I purchased the AirTag Wallet for Men - with Pop Up Aluminum Case Money Clip, but still haven't received it after six weeks. The confirmation email with tracking said that the item was shipped from Ireland and has been in Hawaii for two weeks with no movement.

I purchased an AirTag wallet from Includecy.com, total Chinese garbage. The wallet is very cheaply constructed with black glue hiding cuts to create the AirTag holder. The apple AirTag does not securely fit in the AirTag holder, it’s similar to putting three stacked quarters in a credit card slot. The money clip protrudes out so your primary ID will be destroyed after time when folding the wallet and applying pressure in your back pocket. Your money would definitely go further if given to a homeless person on the street. I wish I could provide pictures, total garbage!

WHY IS IT THAT THE TRACKING I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING FOR THE LAST 8 WEEKS HAS THE SHIPMENT STILL IN PHILADELPHIA, PA SINCE 04/03/25 AND THE TRACKING YOU SENT ME IN THIS E-MAIL HAS THE SHIPMENT IN CHINA ON 04/10/2025?!?!?! I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE BBB IF I DON’T GET SOME STRAIGHT ANSWERS NOW!!!!!

This is a pure scam , they manually update the tracking to show it’s somewhere and I’ve been waiting for more than month now , it’s clear that my money is a write off , this is a shopify store you can write a complaint to them and they will ban the store on their platform . Such scamming motherfkrs.

Garbage straight garbage. Waited 3 months and messaging them every other day for updates regarding package. Tracking number shows it hasnt moved and yet they pull some kind of magic to show on their end it's in transit. It's been going from transit to transit with no actual location update. They said they will send a replacement then next day they said they can't send replacement. Asked to talk about refund or returns they said i can only do that after I recieved item. It's been 3 months with me talking to them and still no item. They only tell me to wait for package to arrive. Garbage company don't do business with them. They still won't send me to after sales department. Warning do not buy from them. I'm filing with PayPal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!
