we are on 60 days and still investigating... we were given a gift code that's already been redeemed. This was incentive given by Millenium apartment in Norman Okalhoma for signing a lease. We are now reached 12 months and moving out from this apartment and we are still waiting for damn gift code !!!!!

Are two students at Iowa State were promised $300 gift cards for renewing their lease which they never received. copper beech promised them they never received them and now they’re putting it on incentco. Either way, both companies are not recommended because nobody will get back to you. It’s a freaking shame.

At my old job, getting recognized felt rare-and honestly, when it happened, it was just a generic email. Since our company started using Incentco, It's totally different. When I hit a goal or get good feedback, I actually get rewarded right away. I can pick out stuff I really want instead of just getting another coffee mug or t-shirt. It makes me feel like the work I'm doing actually matters. It's motivating, and honestly, it's just nice to feel seen without having to wait for a yearly review. More companies should use something like this.
