For some reason I anticipated delays and hitches during the funding process but I was proved wrong by Lamar and his team!!! The fundings came through in a timely manner and non of the lenders gave me issues. And the team even checked back to let me know funds have been sent and to confirm receipt. The funds hit my account faster than I expected!! I would recommend impruvu anytime any day!!

Lamar is the man! He guided me through the process of funding and I look forward to many more successful rounds. I look forward to continuing an ongoing relationship with this group , and Lamar as this company and its people are the real deal — this is coming from a commercial real estate broker who does deals on the regular . Love Impruvu and the team . 10 stars if that was possible.

Damon and his team at Impruvu are top notch! Super professional and walked me through my business funding process every step of the way. I have been on personal phone calls with Damon and several of his team for funding and other projects. Will be doing business with this company many more times. Can’t wait to see what other services and products they offer in the future.

Working with the Impruvu team was a great experience. Nate was really knowledgeable and professional during all our interactions, he guided me and made sure I understood all the processes. Not only that, he cared and went the extra mile researching for products suitable to my specific situation. I’ll definitely work with them in the future.
