Sarmed and his team delivered an outstanding virtual answering service using VAPI, seamlessly integrating with our calendar system and handling complex call transfers while demonstrating impressive knowledge of health insurance. From the outset, I provided my requirements, and they executed flawlessly. As the project expanded to include more intricate tasks, they consistently met every challenge with professionalism and precision. The speed and efficiency with which they fulfilled my expectations were remarkable. Their ability to adapt and deliver high-quality results under evolving demands left me thoroughly impressed. The process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. I’m incredibly satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Sarmed and his team for their expertise, reliability, and commitment to excellence. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Led by the brilliant Sarmed, their team developed a powerful voice agent and an intelligent chatbot tailored to our business needs. The results have exceeded our expectations — the AI assistant handles complex requests with ease and has significantly improved our client interactions. Communication with the team was smooth, deadlines were met, and their ability to understand our vision and turn it into a functional, high-performing product was impressive. I highly recommend Impleko to any company looking to integrate smart, reliable AI solutions into their operations.

I worked with Sarmed as my main point of contact and he and his team produced great work. He was extremely communicative, timely, flexible, and patient. His team works with modern technologies such as Figma for mockups, Next.js for web development, and AWS for deployment. Sarmed was detail-oriented in crafting a design in Figma to my specifications. He was very patient with me throughout many rounds of revisions and tweaks. He always made himself available on PST hours for video calls, and was prompt in returning emails often during my local business hours. He was honest in his assessment of what would work well or not well on the site. He was also very generous to include logo design within our agreement, which also included multiple rounds of revision. His team even delivered brand guidelines (font type, size, color, etc) when requested. When it came time for coding the site, his team built it quickly and it worked smoothly with minimal bugs that were promptly addressed. I will not hesitate to work with Sarmed again for web development and logo development projects, and I would recommend him to anyone! He made it a seamless process and I feel lucky to have found such quality at a fair price.

They are very good communicators, organized with project plans, timely with deliverables, and ensure they deliver quality work. They've also been honest about where they excel and areas that are not necessarily their core strength. This is so appreciated when trying to find the right partners for various aspects of a project.
