For many years I wanted a business to be more self sufficient, but the business models I have tried out in the past had me overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done to in order to be successful. I was happy to find this program as it helps you build a firm foundation on how to acquire the skill of setting prior to growing into other skillsets one might need in the future. I also enjoyed the role-play system as well as my coach, Alex, who was great at pointing out what I needed to work on and the game plan with tasks I had to accomplish before our next meeting. Alex was a great asset when hosting live Q&A coaching calls where I was able to make sense of everything I learned and gain more insight on how be an effective setter. I am glad I found a company who is more realistic with their approach on how someone may acquire their long terms goals. Richard and his team are genuine which makes the overall experience more personable. If setting has sparked an interest in you, then I highly recommend it especially if you think it's impossible. They will guide every step of the way.

Enrolling in this program was a significant decision and commitment for me, as I had no prior experience in this line of work. However, my coach, Alex Le, has been great, and I am genuinely grateful that he ended up being my coach. He and the community have all been incredibly patient, understanding, and direct in their guidance. There was no ambiguity or rudeness. I encountered some difficulties with my job a few weeks ago, which limited my availability for studying and RP time, but kept in touch with Alex. However, he remained calm and understanding, fully aware of my situation. Being a part of this program has been a wonderful journey thus far, and I am confident that it will only get better from here on out. I extend my blessings to all of you!

Excellent course for any beginners to learn about appointment setting. Overall the program was a good and informative foundation for setters. What tops it off are the community and coaches especially Coach Alex who is always supportive, patient, and constructive in his approach to coaching us to be better at our craft. The coaches and the community keep one accountable in one's journey.

Richard's Setter Certification Program provides everything you need to go from zero to being a fully trained appointment setter. The training content and structure was extremely helpful, and the coaches, Angel and Kellsey provided fantastic support on the weekly Q&A sessions, and throughout the program. The community to you join is also wonderful, and I met some amazing fellow students through the course of roleplaying together.

Just short of 4 months after starting the Setter Certification Program, I sit here preparing to start my new position as a Remote Setter with a great QBO. Over the last year I have spend thousands of dollars on coaching for different models of making money online - none of which were successful for me. The difference with this course is that you’re not left to build a business by yourself - you are learning a skill that allows you to step into an existing successful business and reap the rewards of their success! The community within the program is amazing and everyone is incredibly supporting of each other which made all of the difference. And student manager Janice made it possible for me to be connected with the QBO that is going to allow me to work towards the life of my dreams!

It was a good experience and all the advisors were very helpful during the course. If I were to recommend anything, it would be to get more feedback after doing interviews. I think I would have been more confident moving on to the next interview after any constructive criticism. However none was given even when I inquired several times, and not alot of communication after your certified. Not sure what was happening in the backend, but I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt, that they were working out some kinks in their system. I'd say to any students to take the initiative first, to keep on top of things youself. But overall the course was a good and informative foundation for setters who are looking to learn that field, and the learning system was very user friendly. I enjoyed the course and practicing with other students. I would definitely recommend 👍🏻

I had no previous experience in remote appointment setting, how online businesses work, and what working as a setter would mean or be like. I feel the program prepared me to be strategic, thoughtful, intentional and organized, in order to confidently approach and offer my services to a high-functioning online business. Having everything laid out has jump-started me into this area. The modules are clear and having all the scripts and preview of inside-the-business communication prepared me to begin setting and to have an idea of what to expect. The community is very positive and supportive, and I recommend being involved in giving and receiving in the community space. I learned a lot from others. The weekly coaching calls are key to seeing the thought-process in action and to evaluate and better practices. The experience and thinking that Janice and Alex offer in these coaching calls is great training! During my role play period, I had been expecting more personalized attention. My feedback was delayed due to issues outside my control, so I had to be proactive in making sure I received the feedback necessary to be successful in my final. Alex Le has been a great coach, following up closely with me regarding my final and now during the transition to my job search and in preparing for and evaluating opportunities. The overall experience has prepared me to begin in this new area to me.
