The program is pretty straight forward and easy to follow. I joined earlier in the year and had a coach change to Alex, he was supportive and answered my questions whenever I had any. The community is pretty active as well.

My experience here so far has been great. I’ve really enjoyed learning from my work coach Vlad Fleury. He has been friendly and supportive since the day we met online. I can ask him any questions which I’m not sure about and he always gives great answers and adds with a bit of advice too, just to make things easier. I think the online community is great and shows a lot of cohesion. Everybody is eager to learn and we celebrate each others wins so that really helps people individually as well as collectively.

Alex has been a very kind, insightful, knowledgeable & supportive coach! I am extremely grateful for him & appreciative of his help navigating through this process. Course is pretty friendly to work through, the community format is a plus also.

I got the feeling that Vlad is always very supportive and open to help me if I have any questions or worries, which I really appreciate! To be honest before getting into the program, I thought the coaching would be more intense in terms of guidance but since there are so many people who want to become setters, I soon realized that this would be an impossible task considering the coaches - students ratio. Nevertheless I think they always strive to give us the best support to ensure our success!

This positive review is mainly for my coach Alex Le. He is really good and experienced at what he does. He is encouraging, attentive, keeps you accountable, which proves invaluable when life's challenges might hinder motivation. This created a supportive learning environment for me. His Q&A calls are also very insightful. Once you start your roleplays, you will be able to connect with other motivated individuals. The community of students are all very kind and helpful. However, for those serious about becoming a setter, I would advise thorough research beforehand. This is only the first part in the journey of becoming a setter. Much more hard work will be required of you.
