Wanted to give a great thank you to Richard Yu and his Setter Certification Program and share my experience so far. I began my journey inside the program back in late December of 2022 after following Richard on IG for about 6 months or so. I felt very “at home” from the get go! Kelsey, Angel and Janice were very courteous and also knowledgeable and skillful at their respective positions. It was a very “safe” environment to be welcomed inside. In regards to the training, 5 stars definitely. Very detailed, methodical and you can tell immediately that nothing is left to chance. Success requires systems and they definitely tended to every detail in theirs. All videos, digital documents and coaching calls were to the point and helpful even for complete beginners with setting such as my self. Love how we were encouraged to take our own notes for every lesson and submit them to remain accountable. As far as the community goes, it’s second to none. After completing the theoretical part, together with many like minded individuals ready to help each other out, we all put theory into practice via roleplaying until ready to submit for testing and then go on a live test with our coach! Throughout this process I gained practical knowledge and experience regarding the setting skill and was certified after about 45 days of training. Then followed the placement procedure. Again training helped prepare for interviews and placement finally came for me in mid June. There were attempts to connect me with another 3 QBO’s prior to my placement but appointments couldn’t be setup so there was kind of a big delay however I’d really like to thank Janice at this point for sticking with me and persisting to find the ideal QBO for me. And she finally did. One week after my interview I was onboarded to the team, and for about another week I went through orientation and shadowing my QBOs original setter. I began setting on my own immediately after, booked my first appointment in my 3rd shift and had my first close by my 4th shift. 3 weeks into setting I feel very confident and happy with my QBO plus I’ve managed to book another 8 appointments and made another close and feel like I’m just getting warmed up! During the whole process Janice continued to check in with me weekly and supported anything I needed. Summarizing, I’m truly grateful that I decided to join Richard Yu’s Setter Certification Program and definitely recommend it. Great Professionals, Great People and Great Potential for whoever applies themselves and follows the framework that just plain and simple produces results! Can’t wait to share my progress again here very soon!

Joining this program was a big choice and commitment since I've never done this type of work before. It was a bit tough at first since I recently quit my job and was looking into something more promising. My coach, Alex Le, has been very wonderful and honestly, I am grateful that he became my coach in the end! Of course, I also appreciate the help of Janice and Kellsey! Very patient, understanding and to-the-point; no vagueness, no rudeness. I had some problems with my new job a few weeks back, limiting my time to do a check-in with Alex and he was calm and understanding of my situation. It's been a great journey being part of this program to this day and will now be an even better journey! God Bless to you all!

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Alex as a coach. Namely, the SCP program does cover an in-depth education on the skill set, which was alluded to during the initial strategy call. Alex’s coaching style makes training information tangible (relatable) to real-life experiences as a setter. He's very likeable, intelligent, respectful, and diligent to all my needs as a student. Most remarkable is the way we (students) are able to pose questions and also provide our best responses during weekly Q&A. He assesses and breaks down why it may or may not be the best response and always shares numerous ways to handle the same scenarios. It is a delight working with Alex! Richard's Setter Certification Program is definitely packs a punch when it comes to bespoke training. Most digital products are completely automated with out any human element to it, Richard has found a way to leverage technology to the fullest while still offering all the 1:1 support a student would possibly need, it is in fact an A - Z product. If you are looking get educate yourself in an industry that is not going anywhere anytime soon, I would recommend the Setter Certification Program.

I am very happy with the value I learned from the Appointment Setter’s Program. I am most happy with the help in setting up interview with QBOs. If one does not work out, Janice and the team are quick to help us set up interviews with potential QBOs. I am excited for what is to come and can’t wait to be living a lifestyle I want, working from my phone.
