Dear Kim, We're very sorry to hear that! You've submitted 2 IMEI Numbers for 2 Services (IMEI Check & iCloud Check), and we've already replied with IMEI Check Report Result, but we couldn't process the iCloud Check as your IMEI Number was invalid, and we're asked you to re-write it for us, but didn't hear back from you since then! You've ordered on 23 Nov. 2021 at 6:39 PM, and we replied on 23 Nov. 2021 at 10:45 PM (Please check our email: https://prnt.sc/2271ngp). Kindly, double-check your inbox (or even the "Spam" folder) and you'll find our email with result. Please send us your 2nd IMEI Number for iCloud Check and we'll send you the result without any additional fees as you've already paid for it. Thanks for your understanding, Kim, and we're waiting for your reply!
