If I could give less than a 1 star I would. They don't double check there orders and send wrong product and expect not to compensate for the work or expense to the customer in which to get the wrong items returned to them. I would not promote doing business with this company.

Order placed on 16th November 2025, but as of 29th December I've still not received anything. The order was originally dispatched but Image Beauty admit they sent it to the wrong address. In early December they said my order would be re-sent (to the correct address), but I've still received nothing as of 29th December.

Have purchased from Image Beauty and ImageBeauty.com for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service and products. I find my hair care and skin care products 20% off from buying direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally there are shipping delays but I haven't noticed anything egregious, and most of the time it is a USPS issue and not an Image Beauty issue.

rdered a bunch of products Monday morning hours before 12pm because they have the bleach I wanted.. their website clearly states if you order before noon then they’ll send it out the same day.. never did.. it’s now day 2 and they still haven’t, I purchased quicker shipping and now I just want to be done with this business.. considering I found the hair dye I also was looking for on their site a couple hours ago and was told I’d have to make a new order because mine was processed right before their end of day closing time, because they supposedly were going to send today.. well, I’m looking and they’ve yet to send. Honestly, I’m pretty irritated.. why pay for quicker shipping if they’re not going to uphold that promise ?? Dont order from this business!! I will be considering a chargeback at this point as I’m going to get that elsewhere since OBVI I want that product sooner. 1 star for having the product is all theyre getting from me

I purchased some eyeliner from these guys. Nowadays it's sketchy buying on a lot of websites you don't even know if you're going to get the stuff. These guys are totally legitimate. I am thrilled to have found this site, they have awesome products. They ship fast and they have a decent website and tracking of orders. Emails might not come through right away Once you purchase something. Account set up was pretty easy excpet for the email flaws. I had to check my Spam box and mark it as not spam. But when they shipped my order, it arrived exactly as describled. I highly recommend these guys. They even offer coupons on their website To use before check out. That's amazing. I've always used sally's but I'll use these guys from now on. Support this local New Jersey business. These guys deserve it! Thank you for offering a great website, Great product, great shipping and fair prices. ❤️

The search engine on this website is very effective and I found what I was looking for in seconds! I also appreciate the price that I paid for name brand high end products for my hair and face. The description of each product is very comprehensive and definitely helped me narrow down what I needed. ImageBeauty.com even provided me with a promo code that saved me 20% on my order and who doesn't love promo codes? I won't shop anywhere that I can't enter a promo code and see immediate savings. I don't want cash back-I want instant discounts that I can clearly see in my cart. ImageBeauty had some kind of code for all dollar amounts and also offered free shipping. In my opinion I just had a very good experience on their website and it was extremely easy to get the things I needed. I will absolutely be shopping on this website from now on for all my quality hygiene products!

Made my first online purchase and everything went smoothly - great price, good packaging and fast shipping. I did not experience any issues and would shop with Image Beauty again. Highly recommended.
