Awful, awful, awful!!!!! I will never order from this company again. I ordered three items, received only two. One of the items were oozing out of the tube. I tried contacting the company, no luck. Waiting on a refund that I will probably never receive. Never again.

My product never arrived and I have tried on three seperate attempts to contact ikatehouse with no response... Be careful and I would advise against using this company.

Ordered for the first time almost $70 and all of my most expensive stuff is missing. I am out almost $20 worth of products. I am very disappointed. And they are not responding to emails.

I placed an order with them, was my first time ordering - received my order fairly quickly. I bought $58.00 worth of items. When I got my package, it was missing 2 lipsticks. There were also 2 items that were completely dried out - one was a lipgloss and one was a cream mousse highlight. Naturally I wrote to the company, explained what happened, then waited...heard nothing from the company. I wrote again....heard nothing from them. Wrote a third time, and still....NOTHING! Wow, my first experience with them turned into my last. Not even a response from them, unreal!

Yep, they do mess up! My first time to buy from here and ordered a bunch of items. They didn't send me the brush set I ordered. I sent an email to their customer service and they want me to take a photo of the messed up order. I told them they didn't send me an item I ordered; I received a reply that it's their policy to send a photo. How can I send a photo of item I didn't receive? This went on for about a week and decided it was not worth it. I will not order from this site again. There are other beauty store that want my business; why would I want to hassle over a $10 purchase that they refuse to correct. ikatehouse - overrated!
