Why can't we leave ZERO stars. I expected better from iHeartRadio - but I guess I was wrong. I don't understand how iHeartRadio could have a show or a host who displays such blatant disregard and disrespect, noT only for an incalculably talented musical group, but also for their fanbase. Is it such a stretch to keep your xenophobic viewpoint to yourself? Is this really the type of hateful content iHeart wants to be labelled with? And that apology - clearly sounded like someone who not only was not one bit sorry, but didn't even seem to recognize what he had done wrong. I am disappointed and utterly disgusted. DO BETTER!

Everyone on the radio team should be replaced they all laughed and took part in the whole thing. BTS deserves better and a genuine apology not a forced one. The whole team acted like middle school children calling army losers for liking BTS and laughing. Iheart radio needs to step back and take a look in the mirror whether it be jealousy or something else they have no right to disrespect anyone, we as people are suppose to be spreading positivity and helping each other not tearing each other down.

63 yr old Grandma here, a die hard fan of BTS and Jungkook! Just reading all the comments from army makes my blood boil! Shame on you iheartradio and Woody who ever! You guys are nothing compared to our BTS boys. Show some respect!

It is heart breaking and disappointing to listen to a radio talk show that could be so rude to fans of all ages; making racist comments and show how ignorant we can be when it comes to other cultures. If you don’t have anything nice to say then say nothing, or do your homework before every show. How embarrassing!

Totally disrespectful to a group that went out of their way to give your poor festival an audience. Your on air personalities should know better than to disrespect any listeners never mind calling us “losers”. Won’t be a listener anymore.

As a radio station, you should know how to choose the right person to host your show. Even if he is not a professional host, he should at least know how to be humble and respectful. Just because he doesn't know Jungkook personally or cannot pronounce his name correctly doesn't give him the right to mock someone's name, especially Jungkook's. What makes it worse is that he also mocked the fans, the ARMY. His behavior was not only ignorant but also arrogant. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, mocking someone's name and disrespecting their fans is completely unacceptable. And honestly, the public apology is not enough, especially when it doesn't seem sincere. As a radio station, you should take responsibility for the behavior of your hosts. Your hosts represent your show, and their actions reflect your station's values. Respect should be the bare minimum, whether you're talking about an artist or their fans.
