AWFUL!!

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Lacking email response especially for a small upcoming business. Did not receive a draft image to assess and received art that didn’t really look like the pictures or what I asked for.

Never received my product
Never received my product. Ordered on the 10th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. Never received a digital image to confirm that that was what I wanted. Never received the physical portrait that I ordered. I have emailed twice to two different emails that I’ve received no response to. Terrible service, so much for their “excellent 24/7 customer service.” Have just set up a dispute with PayPal…

Fraud site
I ordered a poster for my little brother on the 4th Jan. After a couple weeks, I became a little skeptical so I contacted their customer care email asking for an update. No reply. The money has been taken out of my account and I think they've started taking small amounts out of my account overseas as well! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
