Never received order. Not replying to my emails. Scam

I’m honestly lost with this! I ordered this as a gift for Valentine’s Day, over 3 weeks ago but I have received nothing! I’ve sent over 5 emails politely asking for an update and now a refund if my order hasn’t been started yet but no correspondence back which is just rude and terrible customer service. I hate being persistent with my emails however I have received no correspondence and their website details 4-8 working days. I have read all of these bad reviews on trust pilot which have concerned me as I had high hopes for this print and I was excited to give it away as a gift. I understand they are a small growing organisation and are busy with lots of commissions however they should not state these expectations for delivery.

my order still isn’t here i ordered it back at the start of january hoping to get it for valentine’s day and it still hasn’t arrived. rubbish.

I ordered this as a gift for someone, the money was taken out my bank straight away however I have never received anything. No the print or any emails regarding it. I have also emailed them multiple times looking for an update and been ignored.

Absolutely do not recommend. Was told I would receive an email of the finished art in 2-5 days and only got it over two weeks after ordering. I was left out in the open from the customer service and never once got a reply even from the so-called “24/7” service. I only received the art after having to contact PayPal for a refund.

Cannot get in touch with company. Still not received my order , anyone got any advice or help on how to get a refund

I ordered this for my partner as a valentines gift on the 25th Jan, however I am still waiting for it now it’s 16th February… Very disappointed.

Order was wrong, frame given was broken now I’m blocked on Instagram by their account. Do not order from here. DO NOT ORDER
