Igniting your wallet on fire
My experience with Ignite has been abysmal to say the least. At 1500/month (starting) you would think that they would be able to give you the edge you need, especially in a competitive market, like detailing in San Diego is. However, after some time with them I asked them why my impressions on google haven't gone up, or any of my stats for that matter. The amount of calls didn't change much. San Diego is sunny, the sunnier it is the more people want their car cleaned, as they can see how dirty it is. However even with that phenomena on my side the best that they could do is 9 calls over the course of 2 months. Furthermore, they didn't set my account up properly and I was missing notifications that people were texting my number. Keep in mind this is all coming to light because I sent an email. I believe, had I not, they would have happily kept taking my money. Not to mention that while they are telling me that they messed up, they are also saying that my current site doesn't allow the contact form to go through, and that they confirmed this with their web team. I did in fact receive the test form, but they used this to tell me that I needed a new website. After waiting nearly a month the website doesn't even contain my logo which I had sent them, but instead what looked to be an Ai generated one. In my opinion the site looked Ai generated, so I thought that if they are going to use an Ai generated website, I can do that myself. So after experiencing all this I asked for a refund, to which Ricky (Director of client consulting) states that their team was working hard which is why I couldn't be given a refund; 9 calls in 2 months....while paying over $800 in ads.... Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a marketing firm, don't choose this one. The only thing they ignite is your wallet.
