I was uncertain of the quality and professionalism that I would get when I went to use IDShield for the first time. There are so many apps out there that claim this or that but when you use it for the first time you are often disappointed in the overall service you hoped it would be. Well IDShield was exactly what all the promotions and everything everyone was saying about it. I got someone on the phone right away, a private investigator, and all I was wanting to do is check on my credit score and fix anything that needed to be fixed. The IDShield representative was super nice, accommodating and very professional. He made me feel comfortable, and stayed on the phone and walked me through everything I was seeing on my credit report and explained everything I did not understand. Wow I was super pleased and on my way now to making a better credit score for myself.

I got an alert from my ID Shield service so I called in and found out that someone had applied for a Chevron credit card in my name. My ID Shield invesigator got us on the phone with the bank, we explained the situation, and it was taken care of. They provide excellent monitoring, better than any free monitoring service. If I have an issue, they are supposed to fully restore my credit. I hope I never have to use those services. But having everything from 1 company helps me sleep better.
