We wanted to change from our current metal asset tags to something different. Manny Rivera sent me samples of different types of tags. We chose the Plastic labels. I approved the new proof and within 2 weeks we received them. Very satisfied with my experience with working with Manny to make the change to the new label.

Ease or ordering, your team in customer service understood that I inherited this client when someone retired and worked to help me help the cleint.

Our Sales Rep, Tonya, is quick to respond with any request, and she also double-checks to ensure our orders are correct. The Production Team was also asked to expedite an order for 1,000 asset tags on Tuesday, and they arrived for delivery on Friday. Great job by all!

I love everything about my experience. When I send my orders, if there is any question on their end of what I what want, they ask.

This is my first time working with Metalcraft and the experience went very well. The communication of my needs, validating the requirements, timely and thorough responses as well as timely shipping are very much appreciated. Details are important for my requirements and I am satisfied with the level of communication they provided to ensure I am purchasing quality material.

I called with limited information to reorder supplies and the representative was very helpful. She researched and helped me get the correct items. I really appreciate all of her effort as I am new and had no paperwork from our previous order.

I had extremely tight timelines and the Metalcraft team did not put my schedule at risk with bureaucracy and unnecessary delays. They worked harder to ensure exceptional product and delivery quality than my own team did! I have recommended their products to others and will continue to use Metalcraft going forward!
