Don't pay upfront!!
I was referred to Mike the owner from one of his friends of 45 years. I paid Mike to make me a working prototype of my shaving razor that has a design patent. Mike had his own idea of what my product should look like. After getting a few samples that didn't work and were not what I specifically asked for, I asked for a meeting. Neither Shannon nor Mike wanted to meet with me and they indicated they were done. I asked for a refund and they refuse that also. Now I am having to use legal action. I don't suggest using this company.
