The customer service number does not tell you that your fingerprints have been rejected. Only tells you they have been submitted. Only recieved voicemail stating need further papers completed. Call back and can't get person on phone. The site says prints rejected online. Does not match what the phone number says. Waiting for over month to get my approval and I'm back at starting point!!!!!

Identogo is terrible about getting your documents to you in a timely manner. The people that work in the distributed offices have no understanding about who to call if help is needed, and when you call the customer service line, you wait for hours on the line waiting to talk to a human being. Do not recommend and I will never use them again.

I spoke to a representative on the phone from a Texas office, it took me the longest time to actually reach a person and the man was very unhelpful and ended our call just because I was asking him how to receive my results. I was told I'd receive an email but I didn't, I recieved a phone call and he just kept redirecting me to the FBI. They charge you 50 dlls just to take your fingerprints and then treat you like you owe them. Absolute worst customer service ever!

I attempted to do the fingerprinting today and had a terrible experience with the worker there. I couldn’t see her name badge. She was rude and used disrespectful language towards my son and I in-front of a line full of customers and I tried to handle the situation calmly and she refused me service. She yelled at us, shushed us and told us to shut up and sit down, again, infront of other customers. I will not attempt to make another appointment there and I called the IdentoGO company and made a formal complaint on her. I have yet to have a follow up from the company about this situation. This happened 6/18/2026 at the 401 6th St SW Rochester, MN 55902 location.

0 stars. very poor customer service. 800 number is not helpful at all. website keeps crashing. piss poor service at 1440 east street pittsfield ma. stuck a note on the door just as i arrived for appoinment- if you can even get one- and locked me out. had to reschedule and went to williamstown ma location- only to be told to reschedule in pittsfield. wish i had another option bc this is bullshit. also building and man running the show are gross and disgusting, dirty, smelly, and unclean.

Showed up for an appointment to get fingerprints and they were closed, no one answered our phone calls either. The door has a bunch of notes from other people who had the same experience as us, an hour drive and no notice that they weren't gunna be there. The icing on the cake CPS is requiring we use this dumpster fire of a buisness and we have strict timeline to get them done, seriously CPS is requiring people use a buisness that is only open 2 days a week for time sensitive issues and you decide its OK to not even call and let people know you aren't going to be open.

I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me write anything unless I did. This place is awful, the woman who work here are awful people. They don't care about you at all!!!! I saw people treated poorly over and over again as I waited 2 hours to get through this!!!!!!!!
