I placed an order on Saturday, July 24, 2021 for five pairs of kick shorts to go under my daughter’s uniform. I paid for standard shipping which said it would take 5-7 business days. I received a confirmation right away indicating that I would be notified once the order shipped. It’s now Saturday, August 7 (two weeks since my ordered was placed), and I have not received any additional information about my order. I have not received a shipping confirmation. I have not received my order. And, I have not received a response to an e-mail I sent to customer service a few days ago asking when I might expect to receive my order. The website did not indicate that the item I ordered was out of stock. So, I cannot imagine what is causing the delay. I have never ordered from this website before. I will now have to try to contact customer service by phone to see what is going on. Very disappointing.

Sent three emails with no replies back!

Your company took very long in delivering my order, it was ordered as a rush delivery, to add insult to injury you also did not give me all of my order instead you split it into two because you didn’t have the pants at your location. Horrible service.

Disposable Gloves The 4 boxes of disposable gloves were shipped in a plastic bag. The individual boxes were gouged and crushed. We hope to order these gloves from you again but the packing would have to be better. It is preferable to use a box so they don't get damaged. June Hill 813-763-4990

I placed the order on feb 11th and my payment is taken quickly but you have yet to advise me when it will be shipped?! This is usually the case with you, often you don’t ship stuff or when you do the sizes are wrong!
