We had a productive day exploring the software and were truly impressed by the sales team's supportive attitude! They were genuinely eager to help, which made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the software didn't quite align with our specific needs. While I appreciated everyone's kindness, we ultimately require certain features to achieve the desired look and feel, and adapting it would be a bit beyond our budget. I've requested a refund and am optimistic about what comes next. I also suggested that, if any options are unavailable, it might be worth considering allowing us to apply any credits towards the necessary code, so we can make those adjustments ourselves. I’m hopeful for a positive resolution!
