extremely frustrating to say the least
I have had an extremely frustrating experience with ICW Group during my workers’ compensation claim. As someone with no prior knowledge of the workers’ comp system or insurance processes, I expected at minimum clear communication and basic guidance. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. My claim adjuster, Ron Fleming, was consistently unprofessional and unresponsive. He failed to answer basic questions, did not return voicemails or emails, and eventually stopped communicating altogether. I escalated my concerns to his supervisor, Milo Babich, hoping for resolution. However, the lack of communication continued. I was told multiple times that I would receive a follow-up call with answers or next steps, but those calls never came. There were also ongoing issues with my disability payments. I repeatedly asked if there was an option to receive weekly payments via direct deposit, and that question was never answered. When I finally received back pay, the amount did not reflect my actual income. I was told the payment was based on the only wage information available because my employer had not provided proper verification. Despite this, there was no clear guidance on how to resolve the issue or what steps were being taken to correct it. As a result, I have been left in a position where I do not know when or if I will be paid correctly. Supporting a family of three, with a newborn and another child on the way, this has been more than just frustrating—it has been life-altering. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and support throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. For individuals already dealing with injury and financial stress, this level of service only makes an already difficult situation significantly worse.
