The best laser tag system we have ever owned.
We've owned and operated laser tag equipment from multiple manufacturers over the years, and switching to iCOMBAT was one of the best decisions we've made for our business. The equipment has been incredibly reliable. Repairs have been almost nonexistent, which is a huge deal when you're running events and need equipment that simply works every time. The taggers have held up extremely well and have been far more dependable than all the other systems we've used in the past. What has impressed me even more is the customer service. Anytime we've had a question, needed help, or wanted guidance, the iCOMBAT team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It's refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its products and cares about its customers long after the sale. The software is also straightforward and reliable, which is important for a mobile entertainment company. We don't need complicated—we need something that works consistently, and iCOMBAT delivers. If you're looking at laser tag systems, especially for a mobile entertainment business, I can't recommend iCOMBAT enough. Great equipment, outstanding support, and a company that has earned our trust. We would absolutely choose them again.
