iCertGlobalReviews of icertglobal.com

My instructor Dave was experienced and had an innovative style of teaching where he referred to the presentation, however the explanation was more hands on with real life examples on ways of handling projects based on his experience in various industries.

Excellent facilities in Houston! The location is central and the facilitator ensured the course started on time without any hiccups. The trainer was knowledgeable and proactive in answering questions and did not just rush through the slides.

iCert Global has Provided me with a World Class Tutorial & Training, that has helped me Understand the Subject from the Basics and Score Good in ITIL V4. Also, I would like to mention a BIG Thank You to Ankita for the Excellent Service, she has been really Helpful and Supportive.

Excellent place to pursue your certification. Very friendly & prompt service from executive. Highly recommended.

I've been partnering with iCert Global for the last 16 months and I must say that my experience with this as a trainer has been very positive so far. iCert has provided me opportunities to deliver multiple ITIL training's in the US and Canada - and have managed and coordinated them really well. They are also prompt with their payments and other commitments. I find them professional, collaborative and highly customer oriented. Their staff are easy to work with and it's been a pleasure working with them. Wishing them the best!

Great company to work with! Very good customer service relations. I feel very comfortable working with them from day one when I came across their information on the internet. Their business strategy gives them the opportunity to have a knowledgeable instructor who could work with you, either as a group or one on one. In other words, you're rest assured that the class would hold regardless of the numbers of attendees, even if one person. I will recommend them to anyone who wants an in-depth knowledge of COBIT 5 or other IT trainings.

I must give kudos to the trainer and the training coordinator whom I have contacted regarding my ITIL v4 Foundation certification. Kamal Sir was very keen to answer any of my queries and whole session was great. Also, thank you Kamran for assisting me with the process.
