Do not purchase courses from them!! It's a scam!! They changed the course to online from classroom one week before it was due to take place. I have therefore requested a refund from them - two months later, numerous promises from iCert that my refund is being processed and no money received. Find another course provider

The live online training course for the PMI-ACP exam was a joke. The slides were frequently incorrect (and the instructor agreed). The practice questions during the course were also frequently incorrect so the instructor skipped a lot of them or openly disagreed with answers provided. The company offers 3 free exam simulation tests. The answers and descriptions for the answers did not match so I don't know what I actually missed or why. I sent screenshots to the company with no response except to send me my certificate for completing the course. The practice exams were made up mostly of questions that were not covered during the 3 day course. So I don't know if there was information missing from the course materials or if the practice exams are out of date or just plain wrong. Terrible experience, not worth the money, other good options available from different companies.

Horrible Customer Service I don't think I have ever experienced such bad customer service until I encountered iCertGlobal. At first, when I wanted to take a course that I found on their website, they helped me instantly taking my credit card for payment within minutes. As my course date approached it was like pulling teeth to get an itinerary from them. I didn't even know the physical location of my class so couldn't plan travel, etc. I followed up about 5 times and it was only when my class was due to start in 5 days that someone got back to me. Actually I had to go to their website and start a chat and that person informed me that my class was being rescheduled to a month later. I advised that I was unable to attend the rescheduled course and asked for a refund. Tic...toc...tic...toc...nearly two months later and still no refund. I keep following up but no one responds back and I have three people on the distribution list. Like come on...not one person can get back to me? I feel like I've been scammed. I think my company's legal department might need to get involved soon as they paid for the course.

Signed up for the virtual course. After one hour the instructor covered some subjects I do happen to know well and he made them so confusing. I called the company on the first break and requested my money back. It was agreed I would sign out of the training and I would receive a refund. days later I received an email stating a refund would be issued 30 days from the date of cancellation. 30 days later, I could not get a reply as to the status of the refund. I disputed the payment with my credit card company and I'm now trying to get the money back. Swim at your own risk.

My experience with them has been terrible and it feels like Icert Global is a scam!!! People on the other side of the phone don't call back when they tell you they will. They sent me dates and venue of my PMP booking in London. I called the venue and the training partner (which they told me is "Focus on") and none of them had heard of my booking. They said they would send me training material prior to the course, and I have never received it. I have therefore requested a refund, yet I am still waiting to hear from them! Please do not book through them if you are still on time!!! Really hope to get my money back!!!

As a trainer, I find my interactions with this company to be less than acceptable. They were quick to have me sign a non-disclosure and contract - which I did within 1 day - approximately 4 days in advance of the scheduled class. The course materials were only provided the day before the class (leaving me very little preparation time). During the class, the hotel almost kicked us out of the room, because they hadn't been paid. Some of the materials were inaccurate - proven by checking the PMBOK guide. Although I completed the training on July 28th, 2017, I have not yet been paid the $800 they agreed to pay me within 20 days. It's now September 11th. Enough said. Follow-up: It is September 14th and payment has now been received. This Company's communication practices and delays leave something to be desired, but I did finally get paid today. For that I am grateful. Thank you.

This company got my work email (bought? Stole?) and now I'm getting SPAM emails. Not sure if the company knows SPAMMING is illegal in my country. I have submitted a report/complaint to the Federal Police and any employees will not be allowed to travel internationally. Stay away from these scammers!

One of my staff Members sign up for a course. I cert global cancelled the course and have not refunded the money.
