Our experience with I Cert Global has been great as we signed up with them for an On-site ITIL SO Certification training. The trainer Biswatosh gave multiple real life examples to relate this course to our daily work. I would also like to thank Abhilaash and team for the timely service in ensuring that books, exams and hard copies of the certificates reached on time to us. Excellent training. I attended ITIL Intermediate and ITIL Expert training from iCert Global. I can't thank enough Divya who coordinated through out the entire course. Taking feedback and aligning trainers. I had opted for online computer based training and had specific time requirements (moving around throughout the day and some times during nights and weekends).
