I contracted iCert Global for ITIL v3 Foundations training. The trainer they had on staff, Bob Bonham was outstanding, very personable, and catered the training to my tastes and needs. He was extremely thorough and very well prepared. When I arrived on-site and prepared to take the class, the online portion was not activated. Bob immediately contacted iCert Global and had the activation completed within 10 mins and we were off and running. When time came to take the certification exam, I was very prepared for it. I will be utilizing this service for more training in the near future!
