iBuyer.comReviews of ibuyer.com

No home sale is ever perfect. I have bought and sold homes and I know this is true. I was a little hesitant at first when working with an ibuyer, instead of just selling it myself. But working with Shamus & his company proved to be overall a really good experience. It's much better than a lot of people coming thru your home and dealing with multiple realtors. I highly recommend Shamus and his company to guide you thru the process, which is much easier than with a realtor. You also will make more money because you are not paying realtor fees. Just give them a call and check it out for yourself!

Working with Shamus and iByer.com.com was great! He answered all of my questions and provided prompt follow up. Made selling my house a breeze! Hope my current home is my forever home, but if it’s not… Shamus will be my first call. Wouldn’t sell the traditional way after the ease of selling to iByer.com

The process was smooth at the very beginning and they were true to their word. I got an offer without any closing costs for me. I would definitely recommend iBuyer.

Fast and easy.

Amazing! I was able to sell two of my investment properties through iBuyer. The process was smooth and easy. There was very minimal effort and we closed in 30 days. The offer was fair and the closing was seemless. I love selling my houses through iBuyer. They have really removed the headache and the long waiting time for the seller.

I had an amazing experience with iBuyer.com. The representative got back to me quickly. They were extremely helpful and made the home selling process very simple for me. I 100% recommend anyone to iBuyer.com!

iBuyer was fast and easy to use. The offer, inspection, and closing were all completed in about 4 weeks. A mobile attorney came to my house to have me sign closing papers and wired funds to my account the next business day.

When I first considered selling my home, I knew I didn't want to go through the traditional home selling hassle. I've got all girls in my house and 3 pets. There's no way we would be able to keep it perfectly clean for weeks at a time to have people walk through. So I found IBuyer.com on a google search and decided to sign up. I honestly had no expectations. Within a day, Randy Hamrick got back to me via email and phone and asked me questions about what I'd like to do. He wasn't pushy or salesy. Simply helpful! Before I knew it, Randy had found me an all-cash offer and I hadn't even posted any photos yet! Incredible! He walked me through the process, answered all my texts and emails along the way. I was well taken care of and got a great price for my home and no hassles! My realtor buddy told me he could not have gotten me the price I got! I've now referred iBuyer.com to all my local friends and they are excited to use it too! And one last thing: iBuyer didn't charge me a penny. So amazed by this company!
