Shamus handled everything very quick and easily. Left no question unanswered. A very easy experience selling my home.

Very knowledgeable about the process and very communicative. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! Great experience!

Everything went as expected. Very happy.

Was great fast process of selling our first home!!!!!

Tracey and Shamus have been attentive and professional throughout the entire process!

Straight forward no headaches easy Transaction... everything I was told happened exactly the way I was told... I would do it again And I am a Realtor (S.0005086) so I understand the process. Appreciate the company.

The people that Ibuyer.com did an amazing job with helping getting our house sold. They found the buyer for us and signing was simple the buyer pay for all the stuff that need to be paid and whatever was left owed to the house was paid off. They did a good job with keeping in contact with me and giving me updates even if I didn’t like the updates but they were honest with me and kept me in the loop. I would used them again if I had too

What can I say? We needed to sell quickly and reached out to numerous companies. What we find was a bunch of wholesalers giving low ball offers with high pressure scammy pitches. When we found Shamus at iBuyer it was a game changer! We got a reasonable offer for our home and walked away with what we would have gotten through a conventional realtor without the hassle of having to prep and show our home. Fast and easy process. Closing was a breeze! 10/10 would recommend!!!
