ME SUPERHEROReviews of iamsuperhero.com

Do not order from this vendor!! Horrible experience. Site claims to ship in 3 days with a max shipping time of 15 days. I ordered in Sept 6wks before Halloween and got items in November. Tracking shows they only shipped 1 of 3 items in the 3 day window. The other items were not shipped until 2 weeks after I opened dispute with Paypal. A full month later! Received items after when I needed them, so useless, but wouldn't wear them anyway as they look nothing like picture on website, nor are they compression as claimed. They are just cheap poly shirts. One Thor shirt was TEAL GREEN, the other LAVENDER PURPLE. They were to be navy blue and gray. Horrible! And Paypal isn't helping because Seller shows tracking...even though they did not ship according to posted terms. Unbelievable. Oh, also even though they say US seller all over site, the packages come in little bags from China. You have no recourse. Stay away!

I would rate it 0/5 if I could... They sent confirmation that the product would be shipped within 3 days, but it took a full 13 days. They said the product was shipped from the US, and I received tracking for a package coming from China. Going on a month and still no package.. Never buying from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a SCAM!!! THEY LIE!!!

In the FAQ it states: "As soon as you make the order you will receive the confirmation email which means your order is securely received. Your order will be processed and shipped usually within 1-3 days, but usually the very next day after your make the order. The rare exceptions are when we are running a special sale when it might take couple of days longer but never exceeding 5 days." I placed my order Sept. 6th. I received shipping notifications on Sept 9th, 13th, and 18th. Which means TWO of the items in my order exceeded 5 days by a LOT. I made the decision to purchase BASED on those dates. They also hide on their site that things are coming from China, so you get it sometimes a month later. The website just states that it is a US-based company, you have to hunt through their FAQs to get even close to the truth. Their stuff is cheap and crappy quality - their images are deeply photoshopped. When you try to return anything or complain, someone replies with useless canned responses that ignore your complaints and put you through a complex return process designed to prevent you from returning anything. Then, you get a notification that everything is exchange only anyway, something they ALSO hide on the site. Total sham company.

Buyer Beware! Their merchandise is clearly unlicensed and all comes from China. They advertise they are an American based company but all their shipping is from China. My order took over a month to reach me and when I got it I was hugely disappointed. The quality is terrible and not fitness apparel at all. It's cheaply made from cheap fabric. No compression, waist bands are flimsy and the fit is very poor. I will never purchase from them again. Their most current website is MeSuperhero.com. Robin from customer service will make you feel stupid and impatient for asking where your paid for merchandise is.

Bad service, order took 3 months to arrive, did not receive the correct order. False advertising.

I should have read reviews before ordering. Items DO NOT ship from Kentucky as stated on their website, but from China. Items do not ship 3-5 days but 3+ weeks. It did not arrive on time to be given as a gift. Customer service is garbage and Robin makes you feel stupid for asking for help. Save yourself the hassle, buy somewhere else.

This people are complete liar’s . Im a cosplayer and it sometimes hard to find the things your looking for but i found it in this website. I read all the FAQ’s it says this company is in Kentucky. SO WHY THE HELL IS MY PACKAGE COMING FROM CHINA!!. The website states 3-5 business days for it to arrive to you! I contacted some from i am superhero and they are telling me our website states 5-15!!! I bought my stuff from here because im going to a con and i needed this stuff asap! Website said 3-5 days!! I AM NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!! When or if my package arrives I’ll review that as well!! Bunch of lairs
