Ordered a t shirt in 2X but it is way too small and unfortunately doesn't come any bigger. It is 100% cotton and would probably shrink down to about a medium! I sent an email 3 days ago to customer service about returning and refund and I haven't heard anything! I paid nearly $25 and now I am being ignored! Needless to say I am not one of their over 200K happy customers!

Horrible company. If you order any item, expect to wait and wait and wait. Their products are shipped from China and take forever to arrive. Beyond that, their products are all non-refundable due to every, single, item being "on sale". And wouldn't you know, their return policy states they do not accept returns for items "On Sale". Expect to get screwed.

Hi Donald, Based on our records, we have received your order on May 10th and it was processed and sent out for shipping on May 12 and you have received it on May 22nd which is within communicated shipping time for your region which is 5-15 days from shipping date as explained in all of the relevant sections of our webshop (shipping tab on all of the product pages, help/faq section, shipping confirmation email etc.). Also, any of the purchases is refundable with valid reason with or without being on sale as we are not in business of screwing people or anything like that which can be testified by more that 200k of our happy customers so far. This really sucks I bought my shirt April 28th, got a message that it was sent from China on May 8th, and haven't heard back since. I tried emailing the hidden email they have on there website and still nothing. Im making sure I get my money back with my bank this Friday, and making it a mission to let everyone know this website is a scam!

Hi Jose, Based on our records and tracking code status you have received your order although with a slightly longer then typical shipping time we communicate caused by USPS for some strange reason. During every step of your order, from order confirmation to order shipping and delivery email you were automatically emailed to the email address you have entered during the checkout and if you didn't receive it perhaps it ended up in your spam folder or it was incorrectly entered? I purchased a shirt on May 8th but have not gotten a single email or anything from Iamsuperhero. It is now May 21st and I still haven't gotten anything. I'm afraid I was ripped off. Very disappointing

I generally like their products and would rate their quality as a four out of five, but their customer service is awful. I recently ordered two shirts in one size and after waiting six weeks (yes, they are coming from China and apparently come by boat about once a month) got both shirts in the wrong size. After going back and forth with customer service, they asked me to send them the shirts (at my own expense) and they would send replacements. Ridiculous.

worst company!! No communication ... They state they are a US based company but it will take almost 2 months to get your item you order because its from CHINA!!!!! never will respond back to my e-mails.. no phone number to call!!! I would appreciate if someone could call me or email me back. I haven’t emailed every day and no response at all for days! UPDATE* they won’t call me or email back. I wrote them on Facebook and they show it marked as read but no response

Hi Heather, Based on our records you have made your order on Feb 27th and it was processed and sent out for shipping on March 1st. Although the typical shipping time for your region is 5-15 business days from shipping date as communicated in relevant sections of our webshop, for some reason it took longer than expected as USPS played ping pong with your order once it arrived for more than 7 days which didn't help but in total the delivery time was much less than 2 months as you stated. That is unfortunately out of our control but we have already contacted USPS and asked for an explanation. You have purchased the item on sale and also used 15% off discount code on top where on your request we have also additionally refunded you additional 5% OFF making it in total 20% discount as a small sign of an apology for the inconvenience caused so we really believe calling us worst company is far from true but we can understand your reaction and apologise once again. This site touts they are US based but their orders ship from China. There was no mention of this when I placed my order. I did just find it buried in their help section but that doesn't do any good now. I often order from China but I know what I am getting into. This site is very misleading and because of that I have missed the occasion I bought the shirt for! I ordered it on March 20, and it didn't ship until the 24th. It is now April 6. The tracking doesn't show it has arrived in the US yet. I won't be doing business here again. Not a happy superhero here.....

Based on the name Stefanie Brawner we cannot find any order made but perhaps you have used a different name when making the order. What I can tell you is that if you made order on March 20th, your order was processed and shipped out typically in 1-5 days and the typical shipping time for your region is 5-15 business days from shipping date as communicated in all of the relevant sections of our webshop mainly being: - shipping tab on all of the product pages - help/faq section - order shipment confirmation - etc. We are indeed an USA based company but as explained in relevant sections we work with several dozen different manufacturers across the globe in order to provide such a wide range of apparel items (1000+ in many variations) and we are not able to store them all locally. We store and ship locally only best selling items which are currently being restocked after a big sale and should be available for ordering with 1-5 days of shipping time depending on the shipment method selected for the USA and the same applies for international orders.
