VERY shady. They have no easy method of cancellation like Amazon and any other reputable online merchant, so you're forced to email them to cancel. I ordered costume pants for my son on 10/22 at 9:58 PM. When I got the confirmation email I saw that it wouldn't get delivered for 5-15 days, which is not posted on the order page anywhere, I canceled immediately. I needed it in 8 (by Halloween, obviously), so I emailed them a cancellation request eight minutes later at 10:06 PM, the same night--Monday, October 22. Their policy on their site states they don't offer refunds AFTER shipping, so shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong. They ignored my cancellation request and shipped it anyway 27 HOURS after I sent the email to cancel, and they didn't bother responding to my cancellation request until 46 hours later, claiming they can't cancel after shipment.

I didn't see anywhere on their website that they ship from all over the world. I eventually found that in the FAQ. They shipped my order from China! The tracking number they sent me is invalid. I am now a week into my prder supposedly having been shipped. I have inquired twice as to why I can't track my order only to be told to "rest assured..it's in way." Great. It's part of my son's Halloween costume we may or may not get. Terrible customer service. 100% satisfaction guaranteed, my behind.

Got a terrible quality shirt, then when I wrote a review on the page of the shirt, they never posted it. What a shame, I was looking forward to buying a lot more from them...

This is one Trash A** company. Buying anything from them is like walking down the street in Compton at 2:47 Am with the wrong color on. You mine as well give your money away to these thieves and expect NOTHING in return. Customer service is shi**y products are TRASH and the service alone is BS. They take your Money swindle you and then make it impossible to return. I just want my money back and I HAVENT EVEN GOT MY ORIGINAL ORDER. Order was made on July 10th. Still haven’t got nothing . Tracking number is bogus the information update is fake. These Chinese people are stealing from you. They get you to buy from them and then never send you your products then give you the run around when you inquire about your items quoting their FAQ like it’s the law or bible or like it’s righf because that’s what it says. Clearly they not American and clearly they are swindling people out they money. Do not buy from them. If I could make a compression shirt I’d be in every gym with “DO NOT BUY FROM IAMSUPERHERO.COM and when I go to the GYM ima be sure to tell EVERYONE ABOUT THIS and make sure they tell their friends about this. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Wish I can give them a zero. Worst customer Service ever. I’ve been trying to return my order for an exchange/refund and have sent 7 emails in the past 3 days. So far no address to ship it back. I don’t mind that I have to pay to ship it; I didn’t mind that it took 10 days to get products from China. What I do mind in the run around to ship it back for an exchange/refund. Save your money and spend a little more elsewhere that has real customer service.

Buyer beware. Poor quality badly sized clothing from CHINA. Requires constant followup for returns. Original order placed June 1. Needed next size up (which by the way is only negligibly bigger). Getting instructions to return took forever. Returned both items. Only got 1 exchange this week. Had to email to get the other item shipped. It’s now July 21 and I still don’t have all items in the right size. Stay away.

Although they advertised super easy returns, instead they just send you an an email essentially saying that should have ordered the right size to begin with. No more. Try superherostuff.com instead

I wanted to purchase 5 shirts, but purchased 1 to see the fit and quality. The fit was off by two sizes, and that was cool but the back and forth with their "help" personel "Robin", was not what this company advertises regarding returns. First, I got a shirt in color that I ordered to be in black and white. Then it was 2 sizes off. I actually have about 7 compression shirts from other manufacturers, so I am pretty familiar with compression shirts. Robin emailed explaining that I am stuck with the colored shirt, but I can return it because of the size descrepincy. But their website clearly says to "not return it from the original address on the package, but I am still waiting on a return address from the company to send it. The item came from China, and took about 4 weeks to arrive in Decatur, GA. And now it has been a few days already on the return part. I will not purchase again from this company.
