Ordered a part online to be exedited and then ghosted
Ordered a part online with expedited shipping on 9/11/26. 3-5 days I was expecting this item as I had not received any feedback from company regarding any delay. I went online to see it was still as a processing status and started to reach out on 5 different days to find out status. I was sent to Hilary or Heidi's voice mail. I can't remember the name. There is no option - that is the only # no option for extensions. I left 5 voicemails requesting to return a call and also a text message as the voice mail suggested that was a good way also to reach her. as of 9/22/26 I have put a dispute in with my credit card to refund the money as even with an attempt to cancel the order I still have not received one attempt of return contact from this company.
