This company uses deceptive and fraudulent practices in signing people up for this subscription service. While using a "free pair, pay only for shipping" lure, they continue to send you things that 1. You never signed up for, 2. Don't fit and there is nothing you can do to change that, 3. Don't allow you to change or cancel because NO ACCOUNT WAS EVER CREATED OR IS ON RECORD. This is a fraud. Don't be lured by the "free" deal. You can just buy online at a major retailer and return for a different size if they don't fit. Company gets an F rating. I wish I had looked here before ever going to their website.

Do not ever sign up for the $10 a month subscription. I'm getting charged 20bucks for a pair of shorts every months and I have been promised countless of times by customer service that it'll be canceled after the third pair. Still getting charged and this business sucks

If there was a zero star rating this company would get it. Terrible and deceptive purchasing options and have to spend more money "to be allowed to cancel". You will not be happy, different cut, length and fabric composition, shotty sewing and YES, they do ride. They have a fantistic advertising campaign and have roped in many a crossfit soul. Do not waste your time

Put an item in my cart and left it there. 100% did NOT sign up for e-mails or text messages and yet have found myself spammed left and right with both! I never even purchased a product from this company and now I never will. Awful and unethical.

Poor Service and very unclear subscription services. Whatever you do, do not get the $10 shorts as you are stuck in an 18 week subscription with no way to cancel. Even asking for a refund will result in them trying to only give you store credit.

They don't care about customers at all. I measured and ordered according to their size and the shorts are so ill fitting--it's the worst camel toe! No one needs to see that. The shorts are brand new with tags and packaging and I offered to pay shipping and they are refusing to refund me. They want to offer store credit. Like I'm going to spend more more to return items...to then never buy anything from them ever again.

My order with IAB was lost in with USPS. The company absolutely refuses to refund or reship based on the fact that they are a small company.
