Maybe this will help others decide what is best for their needs. For anyone else reading this review it is important to say that e-filing is not the only way to file your IRS Form 2290. Businesses operating fleets of fewer than 25 vehicles can file a paper return either through mail, or by appointment at select IRS office locations across the U.S. The upside to paper is there is no 3rd party e-file provider fee (typically around $50). The downside to filing paper is the time involved preparing an accurate return and getting that Stamped Schedule 1 needed to renew or obtain vehicle registration. Filling out the paper return in most cases is not complicated; Especially when you file the same vehicle every year. Getting the IRS-Stamped Schedule 1 takes more time - either waiting for one to arrive in the mail or spending hours with the IRS office process. i2290 e-file is paid a fee by customers like Rodney who prefer the process is fast, simple, accurate, and that there are people who answer the phones to support you when needed. Most people log in, review their information, and submit the 2290 electronically in less than 10 minutes. The Stamped Schedule 1 is available a few minutes after submitting your i2290 e-file and i2290 stores a copy should you ever need it in the future. Hope this helps someone in making their decision. Even if it means they choose paper over e-file, we truly want you to have the experience that is most ideal for your needs.

Although the return is not due until Aug 31 we usually send the first reminder in June. It took us a bit longer than expected making some improvements to our email systems so the first reminder was sent on July 9. Glad you are filed and all set for the year.
