Existing customer, already bought a mask from Hypoxico. When I tried to buy another one they asked what I would use it with, so I sent a link to the system I already have. The reply was that they do not want to be associated with “unsafe equipment from greedy copycats.” Later they said they only sell accessories for Hypoxico equipment. Refusing the sale is fine. The tone toward a returning customer is not. Disappointing.
